Key Responsibilities:
- Conference Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of the annual “Bitcoin for Corporations” conference.
- Education Programs: Develop and implement internal and external education programs to foster corporate understanding and adoption of Bitcoin.
- Community Engagement: Establish a Bitcoin community interaction center in Washington, DC to connect with stakeholders and drive awareness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in event management, advocacy, marketing, or related fields, with a preference for experience in Bitcoin, technology, or financial services.
- Bitcoin Expertise: A strong understanding of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Industry Network: A robust network within the Bitcoin and blockchain communities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Event Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale conferences or industry events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively to develop and execute various Bitcoin initiatives.
