Adidas has launched a unique collaboration with Ethereum NFT collection Doodles, offering virtual collectible packs that could grant buyers access to exclusive physical apparel. This new venture combines the worlds of sportswear and digital art, with a special focus on Pharrell Williams’ latest music project.
The limited-edition Doodles x Adidas packs are available for purchase through August 16. Each pack, priced at $4.99, includes two virtual items. Bundles containing between two and 100 packs are also available, with prices ranging from $8.49 to $374.99, according to the Adidas Originals x Doodles online store.
Among the special items in the packs are physical collectibles featuring Deysi, the digital mascot associated with Pharrell Williams and Coi Leray’s new track, “Not in the Store.” Notable physical items include the Deysi Tracksuit and Superstar Shoes, both limited to 200 pieces each.
Doodles is an Ethereum-based NFT project known for its collection of 10,000 generative profile pictures (PFPs) designed by artist Scott “Burnt Toast” Martin. Pharrell Williams, who serves as the project’s chief brand officer, is also contributing to the upcoming animated film, “Dullsville and the Doodleverse,” with the song featured on its soundtrack.
In addition to the apparel collaboration, Doodles has introduced a new membership service called DoodlesTV, offering exclusive access to music videos and other content for NFT pass holders. These passes are available through Ethereum layer-2 scaling network, Base.
As of now, Doodles NFTs hold a market cap of nearly $45 million, with 4,198 unique collectors, according to CoinGecko. The floor price for Doodles NFTs stands at approximately 1.67 ETH, or roughly $4,306, reflecting a slight decrease of nearly 1% over the past 24 hours.
