Coinbase, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced it will list Floki Inu (FLOKI).
Trading for FLOKI on the Ethereum network (ERC-20 token) is scheduled to begin on or after 9:00 AM Pacific Time on November 21, 2024, provided liquidity conditions are met. Coinbase emphasized the importance of using the correct network, cautioning users against sending FLOKI via other networks to avoid potential loss of funds. The official ERC-20 contract address for FLOKI is 0xcf0c122c6b73ff809c693db761e7baebe62b6a2e.
Initially, trading will be available on the FLOKI-USD pair, rolling out in phases as sufficient supply of the asset is established. Coinbase also noted that support for FLOKI might be restricted in certain jurisdictions where the exchange operates.
Floki Inu joins the ranks of other popular dog-themed meme coins like Shiba Inu and Dogecoin, often associated with Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s online pronouncements.
