Decentralized artificial intelligence platform SingularityNET has released an update on the ongoing issues related to the CNT-AGIX migration, Cardano-Ethereum bridge, and staking withdrawals.

    Staking Withdrawal Issues

Users who have encountered problems with withdrawing their staked AGIX tokens are advised to take the following steps:

    • Resolve Issues Before September 16: If the staking withdrawal issue is resolved before 9:00 AM UTC on September 16, 2024, users should complete the migration process before the qualification snapshot at 2:00 PM UTC on September 19, 2024.
    • Contact Support: If the issue remains unresolved by 9:00 AM UTC on September 16, users should immediately contact the SingularityNET support team for assistance.
    • Cancel Stake and Convert Tokens: Users who are unable to withdraw their tokens before the end of the reward distribution phase at 9:00 AM UTC on September 19 will have a 5-hour window to cancel their stake and convert their tokens before the voting qualification snapshot at 2:00 PM UTC on the same day.

    Migration/Bridging Issues

SingularityNET is working to resolve the migration and bridging issues as quickly as possible. Users are advised to allow several hours for the issues to be addressed. If the problems persist after 12 hours, users should contact the support team.

    Hardware Wallet Issues

Users are reminded to ensure that their hardware wallets and associated applications are updated to the latest firmware version. Additional updates will be made available on Monday, September 16, 2024.Kaynaklar ve ilgili içerik
